***UPDATE*** Just talked to someone in the store and he indicated all UPS orders are being returned to store. He offered to send immediately again and will send via express delivery. I didn't request that, he offered. Changing rating to 3 stars and if package arrives before Saturday will change to 5 stars. ****** I placed an order (#44923) on Feb 17th and all items were in stock. On Feb 24th, I got an email saying order was on way, On March 3rd got a tracking email saying order had been delivered, to a NEW YORK address? I live in Minneapolis, MN. I have called the customer service number (goes str8 to voicemail) and sent email to staffatpreet at gmail.com. I have yet to get a reply or call back. Is this site legit?

The original black box had ripped off seal , looks like it was opened before and damaged box. Very disappointed, because I purchased that bottle for gift.

3 only because couldn’t fulfill my order and took 12 days

I received the 3 bottles I ordered with 2 out of 3 in excellent condition. The Eagle Rare and Wellers Special Reserve were perfect. I noticed some moisture inside the packaging with a smell of alcohol. The Blanton's however had the top wrapped in plastic wrap and fragile tape. There was a lot of tape. I'm sure without it the entire bottle would've been lost. After I removed all the tape and plastic wrap noticed the seal was broken and some of the bourbon definitely had spilled. I won't judge from one single experience. The prices and selection were great. However I'd rather not have a similar experience next time.

Took a long time to receive my order. Ordered on May 13 and just received it on May 29. Hard to get in touch with anyone to find out any information as to when it had shipped or when it was going to ship.

Advertisement was for 1st batch and i received 2nd batch. not what i was expecting for the $$ i paid.

Has not arrived after 3 weeks. so just slow shipping. I received it. yippee.

Bourbon arrive and label lettering was missing. I immediately contacted seller since this was a gift this was not acceptable. Still waiting for resolution.
