Very comfy !!! Wish they’re made a little thinner. Being thick they push your feet up against the upper half of the shoes.

Very uncomfortable. Can't use it.
Response from Powerstep· Feb 24, 2020
Hi Lola, We're sorry to hear you find the product uncomfortable. A short break-in period, a few hours of wear per day, may be required to get used to the level of support. If you still aren't satisfied, please contact our Customer Service Department at 888-237-3668 and they'll be happy to coordinate an exchange or refund for you. We do have a variety of products with different support and cushioning levels - you might need something with less support and more cushioning. Regards, Jennifer

Experienced immediate relief of my plantar fasciitis once I began to use the insoles. I have both full and partial insoles. Both are great.

I ordered online and When there was an issue with my debit card the company reached out to me that same morning in order to fix the issue and there was no delay in receiving my item. Very pleasant and helpful.
