Exceedingly happy with the inserts. Slightly thinner than most and heel cushioning ideal. Wish that there were some other options with higher heel cushioning.

Fair prices, reasonable shipping timeline. Suggestion: start including a flat rate shipping label in the box for returns. It would be very helpful.
