I bought the 'original' Powerstep as recommended by my orthopedicdoc for Plantar's Fasciitis. It is OK, as in average for helping with heel pain. The arch is very good support given it is not a custom orthotic. But the heel should have more padding.

Did nothing to relieve my foot pain. Just got thru mailing them back for refund. Other people I work with swear by them... sorry, not for me.

Thank you powerstep! I was skeptical of the insoles actually helping or working but decided to try you guys after my Dr recommended you. Wow! They have made an incredible difference. Thank you, I will be ordering a couple extra pairs

Wearing the level 4 insoles now for a week - I quit taking the pain meds my podiatrist prescribed. Finally relief from foot pain.

I have been fighting Plantars for years, but Powerstep insoles solved the problem. Been wearing them for maybe 20 years, and now they have flip flops. I don't wear a shoe without removable insoles, and the insoles are always Powersteps!!
