First set of Powerstep I had were the Medical pad but I took 1 step and I knew this was right for me. It took years to figure out what I had to get another set,I kept trying other brands,Always went back to my old set.The Dr. I had been to did not handle them any more and sold me what he had,which I gave away,yet again put my old pair in my shoes. Finally I found powerstep site and I knew these were the right ones.however,I need the medical pad.so,until I get to a Dr. that handles them.I choose the Original powerstep.It too,is the best compared to all other over the counter choices out there,a relative tried my set.Immediately ordered a pair for herself. we both are on our feet all day.I'm in construction.shes in a nursing home.

I have to have them because of having surgery and so glad that I am able to purchase them so that I am not going to have to have surgery again.

These really helped relieve my knee pain, they also fit well into all of my shoes. They did take a few days to get used to how they felt in my shoes.
