Very cute shirt! Customer service is amazing with very fast response times. My only issue with it is that the colors fade a lot after just one wash. The tank tops run a little small, so I would order a size up.

I tried to order this as a Christmas gift for someone in the beginning of December. It took nearly a month to get the proof so I was unable to give it as a gift. Then I went back a couple of weeks later to order it anyways and I cannot access the proof to review. I have reported this to customer service on multiple occasions. This company sucks. Don't use them.

Hi Lindsay! I am terribly sorry about this experience it's completely not like us at all. I'd like to ask some questions so I can dig deeper as to why this happened and I would like to do whatever I can to make it right. Can I please have your order number if you still have it and I will contact you personally. Thank you and sorry again, Marco V. Founder Pop Your Pup!™

Wanted to get a picture of my dog to give as a present to my fiance for Christmas. Took over 3 weeks to get and the picture wasn't as nearly detailed as the pictures on the website. 50% of the picture was blurry and flat.. no detail what so ever. Went back to customer service and they offered me 35% rather than redoing it like they should

I've had poor experiences with other customized companies (like pupsocks). Popyourpup is way more involved with their orders allowing unlimited edits to designs. Although responses take about a day, they finish the work and ship out surprisingly quick especially in comparison to other sites. I ordered a blanket and 3 shirts. All the products arrived promptly and looked great like my edited proofs online. I feel this company is a step above the other sites online.

An absolute disappointment. I never received my proof even after the time frame they gave me for the holidays. I had reached out 4 different times and received one response saying that my proof would be ready shortly. Still no proof! Asked for a refund and still no response so now I have to go to my bank and report this as a scam. To be perfectly honestly paying $120 for someone to literally photoshop a backdrop onto a photo of your pet I thought was ridiculous in the first place. However, because my fiance and I just got our first home together and our blind dog Bernard is our everything so I wanted to give him something special for Christmas. Now I'm left with 2 weeks to find him the present he deserves. Save your money and go to a more legitimate company that actually cares about their customers.

Hi Lindsay! Thank you for sharing your experience, I am very sorry that it was not a pleasant one and would like to do what I can to make it up to you and Bernard. We are by no means making excuses, just want to provide some transparency about your experience and what we are doing to prevent it in the future. The holidays are extremely hectic for us and we are only able to produce a limited amount of art per day, we do our best to prevent going over this limit by setting an order cap, but because we do offer unlimited edits some days exceed this cap unexpectedly which will put us a day or two behind, both from an art perspective and customer service perspective. In the future, we will do a better job at hiring more staff for the season, do a better job at providing more transparency as well as quicker updates with our current turn around times, and being more conservative on our capabilities. If you still have your order number, please send it and I will contact you personally to do what I can to rectify your experience. Thank you and sorry again, Marco V. Founder Pop Your Pup!™

They charge you before you approve the pictures. No response when you try to cancel your order. Only a "chat" option, no phone number. UNACCEPTABLE!!
Response from Pop Your Pup· Apr 25, 2019
Hi Martha! Thank you for shopping with us and for your feedback, I am sorry to hear that it was an unpleasant one and I would like to learn a little more about your experience. We do charge before any artwork is made, but all orders are 100% refundable before you approve of your artwork. This helps us focus our already limited design capabilities on customers who are actually interested in owning a piece of Pop Your Pup!™ We will do a better job at making this more transparent and less of a surprise. I am sorry that the response time was longer than expected, we will bring on more customer service agents during season in the future to prevent such long response wait times. We are still a growing company and will implement customer service through phone when we can. If there is an order number I can have to contact you to learn more and ask some questions please feel free to provide it in response. Thank you and sorry again, Marco V. Founder Pop Your Pup!™

Spent $160. No customer service, no response, no communication. Going to have to go through credit card company to get a refund. Totallly bogus. There isn’t even a phone number you can call.

Ordered a shirt after a terrible experience with printyourpet.com. What a joke of a company. Pop your pup got me my custom shirt within 10 days of ordering.
