Not pleased. Waited over two months for one pair of socks that cost me $50AU with shipping with the intention of these being a present for my husband. Socks arrived, cute print but they are NOT one size fits all, they are too small for an average size 9 man's foot and the quality of the sock is very plasticky and cheap.

I hate that I have to give such a low rating to them. It is not for their product because it is excellent quality. The customer servIce was the worst I've ever experienced and the order was still not what I wanted, even after the company asking what was messed up. It took days to get a response, the order was wrong, and it wasn't here before Christmas. It was an absolute terrible experience. They refunded 30% which is nice but I still have items that I care nothing for. Truly and honestly they did nothing but aggravate me throughout the entire process. I would love to order from them again. Because their product is absolutely amazing but because of this experience I will not order anything from them.

I have another shirt from this company that turned out fine. However, this time around I was very disappointed, mainly with how the shirt is sized. I ordered a women’s Large & this shirt is tiny!!! I myself am a small and it fit me perfectly. I can’t even give this to the person it was intended for. There are also smudges on the shirt outside of the picture area. Overall, very disappointed.

Wanted to get a picture of my dog to give as a present to my fiance for Christmas. Took over 3 weeks to get and the picture wasn't as nearly detailed as the pictures on the website. 50% of the picture was blurry and flat.. no detail what so ever. Went back to customer service and they offered me 35% rather than redoing it like they should
