I got this for my mom for Christmas and despite her being technologically impaired, she took to it right away and is loving it!

I purchased this as a gift for my sister for Christmas. And she loves it I’m definitely going to purchase this for myself. It will be great for journaling. Service was great and delivery to Australia was quite quick considering all things covid Thank you pooolie

First of - The printer does not print in color. It is stated in the FAQ (under the help section). But everything on the website gives the illusion of color. We complained about this, and received a 25% discount, as we could not return it because we tested the printer (to be sure we would not give something not working and that it would be up and running for direct use.) We ordered the HD version. Quick delivery, even during these COVID / holiday times. No complaints about that. Printer itself is very cute. Print Quality is not as mentioned on the website. We tried printing pictures (in B&W) but never achieve the quality as shown on the website (pictures taken with iPhone XS and iPhone 7). At best, it could be compared with the standard 200dpi version. Used the included paper and also b&w photo paper. The templates in the app mostly contains Chinese templates... As this was a gift (and supposed it was a color printer) - we ordered a Polaroid Hi-print. Now, that is a fine color photo printer! The Poooli will be used as some kind of Dymo label printer.

I was able to find your order from our records and I would like to explain this in more details and perhaps make this right if you want to give us a second chance! We appreciate your feedback about the fact that we should make it more obvious on our website to state that PoooliPrinter™ L1/L2 are black and white printers, not color printers. We also removed the pictures that you mentioned to John as being confusing about the capabilities of printing in color. Thanks for your valued feedback! However, at no time we tried to mislead you or any of our customer as all images of the printer across our website and social medias show a printer with black and white images, it is also stated at multiple places across our website including in the FAQ. Additionally as John explained to you, our printers can also print pink/blue on our PoooliPaper™ Pink/Blue Prints paper rolls. We offered you to send you some FREE colored printing paper as a gesture of goodwill, we hope this can make things right for you! Additionally, we have sent you some instructions about the best ways to achieve the best print quality as possible, please check your email for this piece of advice. Lovely little printer. I bought the L2 for my daughter and she loves it. The print quality isn't amazing but it is exactly as advertised and was a lot cheaper than the L1. Delivery was very slow but that was not the company's fault as Joey in customer service was in constant contact with me about it. So happy with everything. Thanks

I am in love ! Is super easy to load your paper into. The app is easy to navigate and it is an amazing note maker! Shipping took a lot longer than expected but all in all I am extremely happy with my purchase!!

This works perfect for my bullet journal! It's quick and convenient for any B&W pictures I need to print out such as manga panels or monotone backgrounds for my spreads. I love using it for most of my spreads and have continued using it for a few months now!

I love this pocket printer. It's quick and easy to use and I can print memories out instantly. I've been keeping a memory book for my little girl and this has been amazing. I can print photos, labels, quotes and so much more.

I made 3 purchases on their website over the past 6 months and I have always been happy, their website is very clear and they deliver what they promise. I received the orders in about 8 to 10 days. I talked to their customer support to change one of my order and they have been responsive and even offered a discount code to me. The printer is so cute and definitely a must have if you are into labeling. I use it all the time, the paper rolls are a bit pricy but you really don’t need to buy them often because you can print a lot on one roll, it feels like it never ends! Overall very happy with my purchases, thank you :-)
