Amazing product! It takes a few weeks to be delivered (Coronavirus doesn't help either) but it was totally worth it!

I really love my thermal printer. It's super practical. It's helped me a lot with my college work. I used to take a long time to print and I didn't save any paper. With this Poooli printer, I printed what I needed. This Christmas it has been very useful for me, as I have been able to decorate several Christmas cards with it. My parents have loved it, as they have been able to take incredible photographs with this thermal printer. The quality of the photos is super good. It captures the best moments and the best thing is that it prints instantly. I highly recommend it. It is totally worth it and the best thing is that the store is very reliable.

Love this little printer! Love the thermal printing so no ink cartridges, love how portable it is, the print quality of the HD is better than I thought it would be (tip - edit your photo in your phone's editing software into black and white before using it in the poooli app) love the adorable templates (which are mostly in Japanese because it is a japanese company I gather)

I absolutely love my pooli printer. It allows me to print out what i sent someone and a picture truly is worth a thousand words. The detail is excellent and since I can adjust the darkness of the picture I can get the best quality. I have had no problems at all and the sticker paper saves me the trouble of taping.

I love the printer, the only big problem is every single roll of sticky paper (a part from white) gets stuck while printing . I have to manually pull it during the printing but still can’t get a clean print and wasted most of the paper rolls I ordered ..I bought 2 printers and wanted to give one as a gift but if the paper doesn’t work I just think I’m going to send it back .

I noticed you never contacted our support team at [email protected] or on our social network, please note we have a support team available Monday through Saturday to assist you with any issues you may have with your order or printer. It's not normal if your rolls of sticky paper get stuck while printing, could you please send us a a short video clearly showing the issue with your order number to [email protected] ? We will do our best to determine if it is a technical issue with the printer/paper and if it's the case we will send you a replacement right away! If the issue is caused by not using the printer properly, we will do our best to provide you with some guidance. Please note we also have tons of video tutorials on how to use our printers to the best of their capabilities and you can watch it from our help center on our website here: https://www.poooliprint.com/pages/tutorials In the meantime, I will go ahead and send you an email to get a resolution ticket started.
