Great customer service!
Ordering from Pool Supply Unlimited was easy! They also helped me with out tax exempt on timely manner. We received the supply very quickly and that was really appreciated.

Shipping was fast
Shipping was fast. The pool light was installed and works. What I did not like about this company, my installer told me to contact this company so I could register the pool light for its warranty. I called the company, emailed the company numerous times, could not speak to a live person, left messages for the company to call me. I never got any response from this company. The pool light is great, but this company's customer service is not. I never was able to register my pool light for the warranty.

We are very sorry our team did not help you. Unfortunately, due to limited information we cannot look up your order. Sometimes our emails go to the spam folder in customers emails, please look there for a response. As far as warranty goes, all our items are warranted through the manufacturer. To register for warranty, you will need to go through the manufacturer of your pool light.

Good price, quick delivery
Competitive pricing on the lights I wanted and quick delivery. What more is there to say? I’ll check with these guys first on whatever pool item I may need.
