Purchased a Hayward Salt cell T-3 for my pool. It is bad. The run around to change it out is ridiculous. They send you to Hayward and Hayward is just as bad. Make you fill out warranty (5 day wait) , call after 5 days, more run around. Pool Supply is no help! Mind you this is not a warranty cali. After a certain period of time. It was a matter of weeks when I realized the unit was defective (after my pool turned green) Over two weeks after I started trying to resolve my $500 Problem….nothing . This purchase has made me realize the value of brick and mortar operations! . I do not recommend doing business with Pool Supply unlimited!

Hi, we are very sorry for the inconvenience this has caused. Once a product it installed the warranty must go through the manufacturer. Unfortunately, we cannot look up your order to help you with the little information given to help you more with your order. Please contact our customer service team and they can try and help you reach Hayward.

This place is completely unprofessional. It started with me ordering a transformer box online, receiving a receipt and paid extra for a 3-day shipment. After the box did not arrive in three days, four days i called to find out the issue. Issac, who is the supervisor, stated that I received an email to verify information. why would i need to verify anything if I have a receipt and have a draft from my bank. When I told him I did not receive an email that they must have messed up he said he was going to cancel my order and I will get refunded when I get refunded. After a very heated argument where words were exchanged, I hung up the call. Im telling you, please go with another company, they are not reliable and try to pawn off responsibility by saying "you received an email to verify your information." No email was received. Please look elsewhere you will be much happier I promise you!!

Thank you for bringing this to our attention. We are truly sorry to hear about your experience and deeply regret the frustration and inconvenience it caused. We take such matters very seriously and are thoroughly investigating this incident. This is not the standard of service we aim to provide, and we apologize for the negative interaction you had with our representative. Our customers deserve respectful and professional service, and it is clear we fell short in this instance. To clarify, your order was flagged for possible fraud, which required additional verification. As an online-only company, we encounter fraudulent activities frequently and take measures to protect all our customers. However, we should have communicated more effectively and followed up promptly, especially given the urgency of your order. Regarding the comments made by our representative, we sincerely apologize. Such behavior is unacceptable and not reflective of our company values. We are taking immediate steps to address this internally and ensure it does not happen again. We understand the importance of timely delivery and the frustration caused by the delay and unprofessional handling of your situation. Your card was never fully charged, it just had a hold placed on it which should have already dropped. We appreciate your feedback and the opportunity to improve. Your satisfaction is important to us, and we hope to restore your trust in our company.
