UPDATE! The customer service of this company is excellent. Issues happen…it’s how the company handles them that makes all the difference. Other companies could use a refresher. We wouldn’t hesitate to order from this company again! THANK YOU! I ordered a rug on Labor Day weekend. Great price! I received several notifications from FedEx with the expected delivery date. The day before it was supposed to arrive I noticed it was in a warehouse for about 24 hours (30 minutes from my house)….then shipped back to sender! I called and was told the rug was never in stock. It was the PAD being returned to sender. If I had known it wasn’t in stock, I could have chosen a different rug. Instead, I missed out on several hundred dollars in savings on Labor Day weekend sales….and still a bare floor.

Good Morning Susan, I want to sincerely apologize for the inconvenience you've experienced with your recent rug order. Your satisfaction is of the utmost importance to us, and I understand how frustrating this situation must be for you. Unfortunately, after you placed your order, we were notified by our manufacturer that the rug you selected had been discontinued, this was a rare and unforeseen circumstance that we deeply regret. I completely understand your frustration, especially since you missed out on significant savings during the Labor Day weekend sale. I want to assure you that we take this issue seriously and are taking steps to prevent such situations from occurring in the future. I will be reaching out to you directly so we can discuss a bit further, in hopes we can make this situation right. - The PlushRugs Team

I was very happy to find a rug on the PlushRugs website that had the perfect design and colors for my needs. When the rug arrived, the finish around the edges was greatly flawed. When I called customer service they were very professional, friendly and helpful. I emailed pictures and they promptly responded letting me know it was the last rug of that style. They said they would provide a prepaid shipping label and I could return it for a full refund, or they would discount the one I had. I chose the discount. The entire process from start to finish was smooth and professional.

Stil don’t have rug. Communication is poor. And tracking system doesn’t tell me anything other than shipped. Cheap service rather than UPS/FedEx
Response from PlushRugs· Sep 11, 2023
Good Morning Tarrah, Thanks for leaving us a review and letting us know of your concerns. You ordered a 9x12 rug that unfortunately is too big to be shipped via UPS/FedEx. My sincerest apologies the tracking system doesn't provide a ton of details, I know that can be frustrating. I'm going to have one of my customer service members reach out to you this morning and they can assist with keeping you updated on the shipment. As of now, the item is in transit and "estimated" to arrive at the delivery terminal by 9/13/23. - The PlushRugs Team
