The rug we ordered arrived on time. We are more than just satisfied with our purchase! The rug looks gorgeous and made our living room look spacious & more classy. It looks way more plush when you set eyes on it than in pictures. While the “feel” you experience when you step on it can be described as soft & smooth, the materials it is made of looks durable. This purchase is definitely well worth it!

This was the fifth rug I purchased, and all have been good quality and the delivery timely. Just before this one shipped, though, noticed the price had dropped. Contacted them and they refunded the difference. Most impressed by that fair play. It was kind and transparent customer service.

Second rug we purchased and like the first, color not as pictured online. Unlike first rug, we will be returning this one as no way to salvage with our decor.
