I only received one of two rugs I ordered. It’s been weeks.

Good Morning Jennifer, I am so sorry about the issues with your order and only receiving 1 of the 2 rugs you ordered. It appears our warehouse mistakenly processed your order for only 1 of the pieces and after you reached out last week we immediately notified them to get the other piece shipped. We will have tracking information for the other piece next week. I will make sure one of our supervisors reaches out to you to ensure everything is handled smoothly here on out. - The PlushRugs Team

I had purchased a Nourison Jaipur large area from another store and it was very faded and more one color instead of multi. 'Plush Rugs' version, in a different chosen pattern, looks like it was just woven and is so beautiful, I couldn't be more pleased.

I ordered the rug which was backordered until 12/4/25. I later received a message telling me the rug is back ordered for ONE YEAR. Of course I cancelled the order.
Response from PlushRugs· Nov 26, 2025
Hello Mary, We understand back-orders can be frustrating and apologize for the inconvenience. As we rely on our vendors for stock levels, when we are notified of updated back-order dates, we notify our customers immediately to allow them to make an informed decision. I see we notified you of the update within 48 hours of placing the order and had your refund issued the same day. - The PlushRugs Team
