Great customer service and a great service overall to provide. Although I did not like anything in my kit, it helped me understand what I like and do not like. It’s a great experience with great quality, and delivery.

Thanks for the feedback! Sometimes knowing what you don't love is an important step towards finding what you do - we can always send a second kit curated with feedback from the first!

Plum Diamonds made the entire custom engagement ring process an absolute breeze! From start to finish—designing the piece on their site, picking out the perfect diamond, and getting it delivered safely to my door—everything was seamless. The final ring is STUNNING, and my fiancé is completely obsessed with it!!!! A huge, heartfelt mahalo to the entire team for all the incredible work you put into making this dream ring a reality!
