I really love getting an idea of my style and possible likes and dislikes from the comfort of my home. I didn't feel pressured by a jeweler to sell. I was rushed or overwhelmed. It was a great experience.

Costumer service was phenomenal, and was willing to work with me. My email does not load while at work and they were willing to transition to text to help accommodate me. It seems like a small thing but I had a very tight deadline and being able to receive text updates I can see was great.
