Pirs Capital was very easy to work with. I needed some extra cash for a new project for our restaurant and they were very helpful. First off, I really enjoyed working with Edward Park. He made me feel comfortable and in the end as if I had a new friend (you better keep him around for my next loan!). Pretty much everything PIRS and Edward did for us is very much appreciated. The only thing that hurt a bit was the interest rate. I understand having 15 months left on our Bankruptcy drove this rate, but hoping to prove ourselves and get it lower on the next loan. Thanks for all you did PIRS Team!
