The back and forth to complete details was professional and congenial . PIRS MADE IT CLEAR WHAT THEY NEEDED .once they received it it was accepted without further iterations and was promptly funded

In general, the team was very responsive. One issue involved the exchanging of electronic signature documents was cumbersome resulting in duplicative efforts. In three cases we were asked to sign the same documents three times

Pirs got the job done and the loan was not that expensive. I was however, concerned about all the hesitation at first as the funding did not go through as easily as I thought it might. I never had an issue before and the person I worked with at Pirs seemed to be overly picky because she looked back into my banking history from 2019 (its 1st quarter 2022 now) and was concerned with a recent good rent check I wrote for my business, which had nothing to do with the loan. It was interesting, but I was funded, so it worked out.
