I was disappointed in the quality of the tag. The plastic was scratched and there was some type of composite material between the front and back. Not very attractive- somewhat homemade looking- and smaller than I expected.

The quality of the print on the tags was not good. I sent an email asking about this and received no response. I also am being pestered with emails from PetTags and even though I unsubscribed, they keep coming. I would not recommend this company to anyone.

I loved all of the options when customizing my kitties' tags. I was able to fit several lines of important contact information and their names on a cat-sized tag (unlike the ones found in the pet stores!). Overall I am very satisfied. They shipped quickly too!

We have ordered tags in the past and been very happy. The website was not as clear as to what it had been in the past as to what we could put on each side so did not get our phone number on our new tag for Raven which we feel is very important. As for the quality of the tags we have had one wearing the same tag for six years and another for five.

I ordered a plastic, bone-shaped pet tag. When it arrived it was obvious that it was stamped on a press. Which is fine but the back side of the tag was covered in rough edges where the stamp didn't cut the plastic cleanly. These rough edges were so bad that they would cut my pet. I immediately called PetTags.com about the issues. I was transferred to someone that took down all of my info and said she would be turning my info over to another department and someone should call me tomorrow. Tomorrow never came. That was about 3 weeks ago. I eventually took a file and filed down the burrs and rough edges and decided to use the tag until I could find one in better shape from another company. Regarding PetTags.com... if you can't stand behind your products... what do you have?
