PETTAGS.COMReviews of pettags.com

We ordered 3 pet tags from these people. The did not spell our town correctly and they doubled up on one of the cat's names. We emailed with pictures of the problem. We emailed several times regarding this order ... no response. We unsubscribed from their constant sales emails...still getting them. The info they send with the orders say DO NOT CALL. Their customer service is the worst. We returned the incorrect tags and have not received the corrected tags. I would never recommend this company to anyone. (This review isn't posted on Pettag site. In fact, it isn't posted anywhere. Time to inform yelp.)

After several weeks not seeing the check cashed I called and found out the order was sent to their old address. The person there agreed to have the check held so I could place a new order online. A few days later the check was cashed anyway. I tried calling on multiple occasions to receive a refund only to leave multiple messages. No return call. No refund. It was extremely frustrating.I would never order from them again.

My dogs tag broke within a month of purchase I contacted company 2 times for a replacement or refund and they have not gotten back to me. Very disappointed as I had already ordered another tag for my other dog. I would never have placed the 2nd order. A shame bc the tag is really cute.

I loved my pets tag. It was bright green and plastic and came just like I ordered it. My dog doesn't mind it and the shipping was prompt.

I ordered two collars to deliver to Brazil on january 7. They did not arrive. I sent 2 emails, haven't get Any answer. In the past years I' ve ordered collars and got them two times. So I didn't expect that.

I ordered a tye dye pet tag. I was not informed on the website that the side with the engraving would be white, which was a dissapointment! I called the customer service center and someone took a messenger for me, for which my call was never returned. In addition to that, shipping was outrageous & online all the characters of my phone number were clearly legible. When I received my tag, the last number of my phone number was missing! Truly dissapointed, the sharpie 0 has worn off twice already & I've had it 2 weeks!

My two sons, 15 & 11, needed dog tags recently for their puppies after an escape from the garden into the main estate. It was only afterwards, through sheer luck, that we got her back. We decided we needed tags for them as there had been no way of identifying them / contacting us. Pet Tags came up in our search. From the very moment we clicked on type of tag & engraving to the price / delivery a few days later, we can honestly say it was the easiest purchase we have made in a long time. The quality of the tags & engraving are very good. Would use them again & recommend them too.

Ordered new tags, personalized leash and collar. Always pleased with the quality and response time.
