i was really nervous abut this and i…
i was really nervous abut this and i asked to cancel and then uncancel (i know) and costumers service was very understanding and helpful. the appointment was literally 8 mins max the therapist was super nice and my apartment took the letter w no issues

Thanks to Pettable I was able to get my animals ESA approved for my living situation. The process was fast and easy. You talk to a real clinician and I got my ESA letter the next day. Highly recommend!

Prompt and Concise
Everything was timely and straightforward. The doctor I met with over the phone was kind attentive and asked me thorough questions. The letter was approved by my complex immediately and even if it wasn’t, I felt supported the whole time and would’ve been comfortable asking for more help.

Unreliable, do not recommend Michelle
I was connected to provider Michelle after purchasing a package for a letter. Michelle did not call me at the scheduled time even though I had filled out the forms. I received automated text messages prior to the call with inaccurate session times, which created confusion. There was no clear instruction. I haven't been able to reach anyone from support. I was sitting here during my session time, with submitted forms, sending messages with no response. I will be filing a chargeback report and going with another service. This has been really disappointing and a complete waste of time.
