Not helpful
My appointment went fine and I received my letter. The problem is they got my name wrong in 1 of the paragraphs and I've been trying to get it fixed since. I have messaged the therapist on the website, emailed and talked to customer service and have gotten no where. My letter is still incorrect. I paid alot of money and am not getting the service I should be. If I could give it ZERO stars I would. This company raves about being helpful which is why I chose them. I have gotten no help from anyone.

The process was so quick and it’s obvious the mental health professionals care about your well-being as well as getting you ESA certified! The therapist I had had a thorough questionnaire and told me if I ever needed to follow up for mental health services then I am welcome to <3

Mistakes happen
Therapist was scheduled to call at 3PM EDT but lost track of time because she was located in CA (as I am also right now). After I contacted to reschedule, she called me immediately and is working on the ESA letter as we speak. I was worried that this was a scam, it's not - and I jumped the gun earlier with a negative review, which I am now retracting. Thank you for being so responsive so quickly.
