I had to move to a new state under emergency conditions. 2 pet limits everywhere. They really in all honesty qualified as ESA. I just never did it because I didn't plan to move. I got approved for housing and would have otherwise possibly been homeless or be forced to give 2 dogs up for adoption. The effort was quick, yeah, it costs money, but it was worth it. Very grateful. They did spell my name wrong by one letter, but the Property Managers accepted it, and life is better now. No Scam here. They are here to help you. They helped me 100%.

I had a great experience with Pettable, is not a phony company like many you see online, it does take more time to get your ESA but really worth it. You do have to speak with a professional, and after you get your letter, you work with your assigned professional in case of needing extra services. I traveled with Pettable ESA letter without a problem ( obviously you need other paperwork if you are going abroad).

Letter did not get accepted after multiple attempts. No support or refund after and apparently the person who wrote my letter was no longer employed there. That’s all I got.

I was very happy with the therapist and with my experience. At first, I thought it might be some kind of a scam. I researched it and found it was legitimate. I received a call from a very professional, kind therapist. We went over my history in detail. Again, the therapist was very kind and thorough. After my second phone visit, I received my letter outlining why I needed a therapy dog. No specific details were given. I will give the letter to the facility in which I live.

Everything was provided as explained. Very happy about my experience with Pettable.

I lost my daughter to Covid in January 2022. She left behind a wonderful pet, Armi. While settling my daughter's affairs, I realized she had done a great job in raising him and that he was all I had left of her. If I didn't take him, he had no home; however, I already had a pet, Lexi, and my HOA only allowed one pet unless one of them was an ESA. I found Pettible. Answered all questions honestly and was given the approval letter. The counselor was so kind and efficient helping me greatly in my grief. I highly recommend Pettible!
