My item is still shipping and it has been over 2 weeks. When I reached out for an update as this is not acceptable, you cancelled my pups subscription. you do not have a reminder email that something is being shipped if you need to make adjustments. This is just not good customer service for the fur babies at all.

I used to pay $37.96 on my subscription. I got charged $43.37 on 2/4/2036. No warning. Please check back on my charges.

I have a subscription for Immune Plus and Cancer Care that is supposed to be delivered monthly. On this order I got a notice that my order had processed and I was charged. After seeing my order’s status as awaiting sender I contacted PetHeal and after jumping through hoops my order was finally sent. What made me angry was that we had already run out of both items.

I have not received my auto shipment and the tracking says that it's in transit, but it has been 3 weeks. I've contacted the company at least 4X, and there no response. It's been several days and I plan on canceling unless I hear from someone to rectify the situation.

My dog would not eat these. She’s very picky. Shipping took awhile. But it looks like a good quality product. A have a Shih Tzu.

The product is ok, but never order monthly ,i order just once, it you charged me every month for this product, even after i sended you email about cancelation, you still charge me🤦

These little treats do not seem to have helped my dog’s lumps and bumps. She has gotten more small ones and the larger one aren’t shrinking. This has been going on for a couple of years so I didn’t expect an overnight change. I’m still hoping they will help so i will continue to give them to her.
