I am trying to move my funds to my new employers account. They have shut down my account/bank card, but will not process the transfer. Oh course they are taking my money as a monthly charge while provide nothing to me.

Anything that can go wrong will go wrong with Paylocity. Most complicated payroll system ever! Everything you do with Paylocity is a project. If I could give less than 1 star, I would. Stay away.

If I could , I would give negative. I am forced to use this by my employer. Phone app is very intrusive. Updates to punch in at random. Wrong information on pay history. etcetera etcetera. EMPLOYERS DONT SUBJECT EMPLOYEES TO USE THIS!

This company is incredibly frustrating and unreliable. Due to their mistake, I lost $800 from my childcare FSA last year. Customer support is almost impossible to reach—you can spend hours on hold just trying to speak with someone. They block FSA accounts without explanation and show no urgency in helping customers. I uploaded multiple itemized receipts and valid documentation, yet everything was rejected without clear reasoning. They essentially lock your money until you lose it. I will be raising this issue with my company’s HR and strongly advise others to stay away. I have worked at three different companies and have never experienced anything like this.

Paylocity will not pay a bill, because my invoice is not clear. I have to call to pay on another card to have my Paylocity account reactivated. Fine, I call the AI asked me all my information and went to transfer me. AI comes back and says sorry the call center is closed. Ridiculous and all this for a $13.90 blood test.

I simply need my password reset. I've tried online to use both the text and email one time password, but it doesn't respond. I've been trying to contact them for hours on hold. No ability to call back, they discontinued the first call after waiting 40minutes. No ability for call back. I'm now 1/1/2 hours in, on hold, with no ability to do anything else. Terrible, god awful never use this company!

Things started out pretty well with implementation for our 1st payroll to start 11/01/2025. We noticed after 2 pay periods that our year to dates were not correct. We started trying to get this corrected. (They missed inputting 2 pay periods from the previous software co.) Fast forward to end of the year. Was told this would be fixed before W2's were sent out. WRONG!! Incorrect W-2s were put on the app and mailed out. It has been a nightmare from there to get things corrected. We finally got W2c's around the end of January 2026 and they were correct so that was good.
