The VEt. was nice and knowledgable. She explained things and gave excellent advice. One of which we tried and it greatly helped Star. Again, Thank you so much.

I spoke with there vet regarding my cat. It was chaotic in my household the vet was extremely patient and kind! Then to top it off the emergency vet local to me was AWFUL! rude, inconsiderate and challenging to work with. They hadn't hurt off pawp and since they hadn't heard of them they wanted a 1000$ deposit at least! I'm a single mom I don't have that kinda of spare cash. I called there support team and spoke with jazz, I cannot give this woman a better review I told her I was worried and stressed cause I didn't have 1000$ she said "ok your not supposed to be stressing on this, usually we can't do this but I'm going to call right now and take care of your deposit immediately. You are not going to worry about this" I couldn't have been happier with them. Pawp was supportive, understanding, kind and gave a crap! Couldn't be happier!

Thank you pawp! You guys kept me cool, calm, and collected! I puppy jumped off the bed while we were on vacation hurt her back leg. I was ready to race to any vet I could find, I remember to call you guys, you guys were great!
