Half of my order was ruined due to poor packaging inside the box, one bag of chocolate was ripped and introduced to the moist that was created by also poorly packaged iced pack because it was wrapped in the paper, but not in protective plastic bag

Unfortunately, despite carefully packing orders and labeling shipping boxes to ensure they arrive in good condition, sometimes the time spent in transit is more rough than we would like and can result in damage. The ice packs are wrapped in paper to minimize condensation, so we are definitely looking into why yours arrived so abnormally wet. As mentioned in our email, we want to make this right and will happily provide a replacement or refund for the damaged product. Once you respond with your preference we will get it handled right away.
