Our team takes extra care when packing customers' orders and do our best to protect chocolate from melting, however it is hard to prevent when shipping Ground from our warehouse in Atlanta all the way to California. This is why we have our warm weather shipping disclaimer on all temperature-sensitive products and reached out to you prior to shipping your order to remind you of the melting risk and give you the opportunity to upgrade your shipping method. Prompt feedback and attention to details. Quality product. Shipping was really expensive, though.
