Hi Jennifer Wattenberg We really appreciate you taking the time to leave us your feedback. We do our best to give estimated arrival dates based on where you are located at the time you place your order. Unfortunately, there are occasionally unexpected USPS delays that are outside of our control. Again, we're very sorry that you received an order that arrived later than expected. We have taken this shipping issue into account to develop a better service in the future. Our apologies for any inconvenience and thank you for your patience.
