Excellent work with custom metal signs!
The sign arrived exactly as expected, it was shipped fast, quality is great, and easy to install. After shopping around, decided on this company, and we're happy we did. Excellent work with custom metal signs!

Boat sign …
I ordered a custom made boat sign with our last name. The sign was very well made and the custom name was very well done. I hade ordered it for my husband's birthday. If I had to order again, I would allow 25 days for USPS standard shipping. Postal service unfortunately is very slow. Other than that I was very satisfied with my purchase. .

Hi Deb Dimarino, Thanks for leaving us this feedback. We're sorry to hear that you have not received your order in time for a birthday. Our shipping times are just estimates because USPS is not guaranteeing their shipping times right now, so even though they are usually very accurate they sometimes experience delays. We know this is frustrating and inconvenient and we sincerely apologize for that. We look forward to serving you again soon.

3D guitar "sweatshirt" …
Bought a 3D guitar "sweatshirt" it's so thin it should be called a t-shirt The color is way off from pic. on there web site this thing is peach pink a sad color for a guitar. I ordered on December 3 it shipped on December 9 and it sat in Texas for 11 days so I can't return it (3 to 5 day return policy) not happy

Dear Glenn Moore, We're sorry to hear that our product did not meet your expectation. We do work hard on ensuring our items are described as accurately as possible, so we hope we didn't make any mistakes with your order. Please NOTE that our hoodies are made from a 95% polyester and 5% spandex blend. The printing process usually takes around 5-7 business days until shipping. Upon shipping, though we are not able to guarantee a delivery date, an order is expected to arrive within 7 to 12 business days. Thank you for taking the time out to provide us with this feedback. This is how we keep learning and improving.

Buyer beware... awful customer service
I ordered a custom sign as a Christmas gift. after about 10 days I inquired about the item being shipped & was sent a tracking number. When I tracked the package DHL said the tracking number had been generated but they were awaiting the package. I emailed Pamotee & was given the same tracking number & told that it would update soon. That was Dec 4th no update or progress until finally Dec 23rd DHL received the package to ship to me. By that time I had went ahead & filed a dispute with paypal as the company was not answering my email or phone calls. Paypal heard from them & was given the same tracking number. I sent paypal a screen shot of DHL's response stating there was only a number with no package. I went ahead Christmas week & bought a different gift for my family member. Finally Dec 23rd the package arrived to DHL so they could get it delivered. It was delivered today Dec 30th. The metal sign was bent & not great quality. The customer service is awful with this company, the goods are average at best and you will not receive your package in a timely manner & when you do it could very likely be damaged or subpar. I would not recommend this company.

Dear Rhonda Fondren Hall, First of all, we are really sorry for any frustration you might have previously. We do our best to make every customer experience enjoyable and we are sorry that we have not met your expectations at this time. Once the order has left our facilities, we rely on the shipping partner for all additional details on the status of your shipment. We wish we could expedite your order, but the transit times are unfortunately beyond our control. Thank you for taking the time out to provide us with this feedback. We have taken this shipping issue into account to develop a better service in the future. Please always share your feedback with us; this is how we keep learning and improving.
