Inefficient. Staff not trained and knowledgeable. Units not tested for customers prior to renters. Delivery takes too long. Doesn’t have enough rentals available.

I cannot speak highly enough of Christa Bacon, the sales rep that answered when I called to inquire about a portable oxygen unit for my mother-in-law. She was so helpful and answered all my questions. I would highly recommend Christa and the Oxygen Concentrator Store. I only wish I had known about them several weeks ago.
