Oxygen Concentrator StoreReviews of oxygenconcentratorstore.com

The sales person was very knowledgeable, responsive and the machine was delivered quickly. Good support once delivered as well. Highly recommend!

The concentrator works fine. Won’t be using it until after the first of the year when I travel, but have tested it at home and it works great. Putting the wheels on the cart was not easy, but after about an hour of struggling with it, finally got it together. Thanks to Nick for making the decision to purchase this unit easy.

Excellent service got our concentrators within 3 days people I’ve spoken to are very kind and helpful

Always have excellent service with this company!

Excellent job in finding an available unit at a reasonable cost.

First of all you sent the wrong one, had to make a phone call for that, next said they sent a shipping label for the old one, didn't do that either. Was in email to print, but not in box with new one. Did print it but had to mail to Tom Ruiz, he had to call. To get a extension for sending back the old one until the shipping label. Now how do you think you did for customer service. I'd say F, for failure.

Excellent Customer Service! My Representative was so nice and helpful. Took the extra step to ensure a satisfactory outcome from my complaint. I can always dent on this Company for quality service.

I took my portable cocentrator to American Medical(Oxygen Concentrator Store)for repair they found my mother board was malfunctioning. They had the parts in house to fix the problem but since my warranty had expired the previous month their policy is to send the machine back to the manufacturer if it is no longer under warranty. They gave me a 3 to 6 week time frame when my machine would be returned. This is a very long time to go without a portable machine. I had no choice but to have it sent out to get fixed. I did receive it back exactly 3 weeks after sending it out and they were very good at keeping me updated. The machine came back in excellent condition. I give 3 stars because of their policy to ship out machines that are no longer under warranty when they could have fixed it in house and I would not have been without my machine for so long.
