They made the buying process of a medical device as easy as possible. The purchase was simple the shipping was quick. The packaging was very good. The device was in a central cushioned area with separate crumple zones surrounding it. The package had sustained some shipping damage that posed no threat due to the crumple zone.

Thank you, John. We are glad the buying process was simple and the shipping was quick, and we appreciate the detail on the packaging. It is good to hear the cushioning did its job and your device arrived safely despite a few bumps along the way. If you ever need anything else, feel free to reach out, we're here to help!

The purchase was flawless, no complaints there. I got mine on Sept. 4th, now they are $750 off until the end of the month. Bad timing I guess.

Thank you for the review. We are glad the purchase went smoothly, and we understand the frustration of seeing a promotion come along after you bought. Although we were able to offer a discounted price, unfortunately, your purchase was 2 weeks before the national price drop by Inogen so our team was unaware at the time. We are glad to hear the rest of your experience was satisfactory. Please feel free to reach out if you need anything as we're always happy to help!

We have been doing business with Oxygen Concentrator Store since 2016. Our Oxygen Consultant/ Technician Nick Vannatta is one of the most professional, polite, intelligent, down to earth person to deal with. He truly is there to help you find the right oxygen Concentrator you need for your well being. He supports your needs, he is there for you. Goes out of his way to explain the cost, the warranty, everything. If we need anything, a part or a new machine for the house or a portable oxygen concentrator, he explains which is the best one on market, the lightest portable one available., especially for senior citizens like us, that sometimes can't hear good over the phone. He is so polite. Always checks back in with us to make sure we received our products & to see if we have in questions about anything. We love the Oxygen Concentrator Store, recommend it to everybody. We live in Louisiana but we shop with this store in Centennial, Colorado. Fast deliveries, they stand behind their products. What else can I say. We appreciate our guy Nick Vannatta. You won't be sorry to get him for your Oxygen Products. Great Guy!!!! Satisfied customers,Paul & Linda Hughes
