Another smooth transaction without the fuss and hassle other companies' customer service's give you. With the Oxygen Concentrator Store I can make one call and get the items I need. This company ships in a timely manner, so you are not waiting ten million years for your order to arrive. Drew Williams is a great representative of this company. I call, he gets right on what I need and NEVER hassles me about it. I would recommend this company to anyone who needs oxygen supplies.

I was told that it would last 2 to 4 hours on a full charge. I’m lucky to get 1 hour and it never gets into the 90s.
Response from Oxygen Concentrator Store· Sep 25, 2026
Hi Paul, Thank you for your feedback, and I'm sorry for the confusion about battery life. The 2 to 4-hour range applies to the lower settings. On setting 4 which is what you stated you are using, the battery is designed to run about 1 hour and 24 minutes, so the runtime you're seeing is in line with how the product works. We're sorry that wasn't made clear when you were given the estimate. If you have any other questions, do not hesitate to give us a call at 877-303-9289.
