Tags are cute for sure. Free shipping is also nice. However, they put Kyle instead of Lyle on the tag. I tried an on-line chat but got no response and left a voice message and still no response. Poor customer service.

Customer service non existant. The tag was cute but smaller than I had thought. I sent the company multiplemessages about an error I made on the tag, however, they never replied. The error was my fault but a simple reply would have been nice. They had no phone number for contact, only email and the email said they would reply within 24 hours. I never recieved a reply and just bought a tag from a local company.

Good service and decent quality collar and tags. However, the white spaces on the tag were very wide and the lettering very small. Using a different font with narrower margins would have resulted in more readable lettering on the same size tags.

This is my 4th tag purchase over the years. Everything went wonderful on those purchases. This order was a lot different. #1 the site would not allow me to enter as a former customer. Then it wouldn't let me enter as a new customer. After many attempts over a 4 hr Period. I finally was able to enter as a new customer and submit my order, but got no response that the order was submitted. I had called the c/s number only to get a message that they were busy, left a call back # but got no return call. I never got a confirmation so I did not know if my order went thru, once, twice etc. . I believe on Monday or Tuesday the package was received exactly as ordered. I would order again but this purchase experience did rank up there with past orders.

I enjoyed my tag and it looks nicely made but the color (red) scratches off very easy so I used clear nail polish to keep it from scratching because the name and number would no longer be visible if it scratched off

Ordered a "paw" dog tag and was a little disappointed as I only wanted 2 lines, name and phone number. There was no place on the site to state I would have liked a larger font for the dog name on the front of tag and small font for the phone number on the back. Both ended up on the front of tag in small font. I also noticed after one month of wearing the name and phone number has started to rub off. My dog is small and lives indoors. No reason for the rub off. Tag came quickly which was nice.
