I received the tag and they left off the address. The engraving was super fine. I could hardly read it. Metal was thin. You get what you pay for. Waste of money.

Proofreading and customer service improvement needed - The last digit of my phone number was missing from the tag I ordered (the info provided to them was correct). Took 3 emails to get a response and over 2 weeks to get the corrected tag.

Sent to the wrong address when ordered and paid for overnight delivery. Company did not offer any compensation or coupon. Very frustrating as we were moving and needed overnight. Tags also nothing special.

Tag was much bigger and of much poorer quality than expected

Tags looked great but scratched so easily by the third day I could no longer read the name/phone engraved. Very disappointed.

I placed an order on 8/7 and received part of it in a timeley fashion (the tags), however another item (the collars) was on backorder. I was not given an estimated date that it would be available (although I was still charged for them) and have emailed the OvernightPetTags TWICE to inquire about this with ZERO response.... Perhaps my review will grab their attention.
