What a waste of my time, money and effort!
Today, from of a grand total of 287 results from the 2 searches I conducted, only a total of 30 results were unique and useable! That is less than 10.5% of search results unique and useable! I have had similar poor results from most of my earlier searches using Outscraper. What a waste of my time, money and effort!
Response from Outscraper· Jul 28, 2026
We’re sorry your searches have repeatedly produced disappointing results. Receiving only 30 usable, unique entries from 287 results understandably left you feeling that your time and money were wasted. Please reach out through the support chat on the Outscraper website so our team can investigate what affected the results.

Looks Great Until You Actually Need the Data
The product looks promising at first, but I found it struggled to scrape the data I actually needed. Very buggy! The bigger frustration was the support experience. When the scraping didn't work, getting a refund proved near impossible. I was asked to share a ton of documents and repeatedly follow up, but neither the refund happened nor the data was scraped. If you're considering using this, don't put in more than $1-$2.

We’re sorry we did not deliver the data or support experience you expected. Difficulty scraping the required information, followed by an unresolved refund request, is understandably frustrating. Please reach out through the support chat on the Outscraper website so our team can take another look at what happened.

Outscraper is a Scam
Outscraper is a Scam. These positive reviews are not real. I signed up yesterday, deposited funds into my account, and the webscraper does not work. Setup an appointment for tech support, they no-showed me. Called their contact phone number, doesn't work. Sent several emails about this, and no response. STAY AWAY.
Response from Outscraper· Jul 4, 2026

Zero stars
Update: They did apologize and provide a refund, but I still went to another scraping service. If they have responsive customer service/help. I would have at least given 3 stars. Zero stars. TERRIBLE worthless customer service "help" chat. They take many hours to repond and don't actually fix your issue. Over charged mend my 2-9 hour task took two days.
Response from Outscraper· Jul 4, 2026
We are sorry for the frustration caused by the slow support responses, the charge on your account, and the longer turnaround than expected. That is not the experience we want customers to have when using Outscraper. Please reach out through the support chat on the Outscraper website so our team can look into this and help address the issue.

Careful!
Careful. This company required credits to start, creating the false sense of confidence the product is pre-paid. Once the credits are consumed, they charge all additional usage at the end of the month, using stored credit card info from the credits you bought.
Response from Outscraper· Jun 2, 2026
Hi, thank you for sharing your experience. We understand how this could feel unexpected, and we want to clarify how our billing works. Outscraper operates on a pay-as-you-go model. The initial credits are a convenient way to get started, but they are not a subscription cap. Once those credits are used, any additional usage is billed at the end of the month based on actual consumption. This is disclosed in our pricing documentation, but we hear you that it may not have been clear enough upfront. We'd like to make this right. Please reach out to our support team at [email protected] and we'll review your account and charges with you directly. We appreciate the feedback and are using it to improve how we communicate our billing model to new users.

Terrible support
I don't think I've ever dealt with a more rude support representative than Janver at your company. I've spoken to hundreds of support agents, and this guy was the most unprofessional person I've ever dealt with at a company. It makes me want to cancel everything that I have with you.
Response from Outscraper· May 27, 2026
Thank you for sharing your experience with us, and we sincerely apologize if our communication left you feeling dismissed or frustrated. That was never our intention. We want to clarify that our team's goal was to make sure you had a clear picture of what to expect from the process. We understand that ambiguity can be frustrating, and we should have been more upfront and precise from the start. We'd love the opportunity to make this right. Please reach out to us directly at [email protected] so we can address your concerns properly and ensure you get the outcome you're looking for. Thank you for your patience and for taking the time to leave this feedback. It helps us do better.

Longtime user of this service
Longtime user of this service, purchased the Lifetime deal via Appsumo. Persistent intransparent billing which makes not predictable If you get hit with an additional bill. Tasks executed through the dashboard only give a very broad range of what the job could cost. There is not hard limit to be set so you stay within your Lifetime quota. Recently used the Contact scraper via the Api, the usage reporting bugged out and my account was blocked with an additional invoice to pay. Customer service not helpful in resolving the issue. All the time being hit with additional bills made me quit using this service.
Response from Outscraper· May 17, 2026
Hi there, Thank you for sharing your experience, and we're sorry it came to this point. To clarify how the Lifetime Deal works LTD coverage is service-specific. Your plan covers specific services up to defined monthly limits, for example, 5,000 places via Google Maps Scraper and 5,000 domains via Emails & Contacts Scraper, which are often used together for lead enrichment. Any other services used (Facebook Pages, Email Verification, etc.) are billed separately per our standard pricing. Monthly credits don't carry over. If your usage within a 30-day billing period exceeds your plan's limit, an invoice is issued for the difference. Unused credits from the previous month don't accumulate. These two points are the most common reasons LTD users see additional invoices. You can review all past charges at app.outscraper.com/invoices, and the AppSumo FAQ covers the most common LTD questions in detail. Regarding the API usage reporting issue and the account block: we'd like to look into your specific case directly. Please reach out to us via our live chat and we'll review what happened and work toward a resolution. We appreciate your patience and hope to have the chance to make this right.
