For my shipping needs, Orange Mailer has been great. I only ship between 20-40 first class envelopes a month, so the paid subscription services to print postage don't make sense for me. Orange Mailer's "Convenience" (free) plan is perfect for my needs. The ability to print onto envelopes, and even mark them as non machinable, saves me so much time and hassle.

Orange Mailer is so convenient. I love the ability to create and print USPS first class package labels at home. It saves me so much time since I don’t have to wait in line at a local post office and interact with an attendant.

Their service is simple to sign up for and use. Simple process to import/load mailing addresses and then to use those addresses when printing postage. Was very easy to print postage directly onto an envelope including the address of the receiver AND the certified mailing number. Since it was certified, just had to drop the letters off at the PO and affix a green sticker indicating it was a certified letter. I will certainly be using them again, even with daily letters
