I used Paychex for about 15 years and finally gave up and switched to OnPay. The switch wasn't too painful and I just wish they had been around way back when I started to save me so much time and hassle. My bills are consistent, my accounting always ties out. Customer service is very responsive and excellent. I have all the report formats I need and the interface is very intuitive (I might change just one or two things..but overall VG). Love working with OnPay..if you're on the fence, save yourself the hassle and just do it. Payroll is truly set it and forget it with them.

I'm giving four stars not because there is something I don't like about the platform, but because there is so much more potential and room for improvement. You guys have an excellent opportunity on your hands!

OnPay takes the stress out of payroll. They figure out taxes for you and all you have to do is enter your employees’ hours. I am so happy I found this service, I can focus on running my business and not stressing about payroll.

We have used OnPay for several years now. As a small, community organization, we don't always understand the nuances of configuring our payments to employees (lifeguards) and contractors (coaches). OnPay is very responsive to our questions and the system is very easy to use and setup. I would recommend OnPay without reservation.
