OnPay made payroll setup easy, especially with their support through Middesk for payroll tax accounts. The platform is user-friendly, and their customer support is accessible both online and by phone. Highly recommend for a smooth payroll experience!

The payroll was easy to do, but I had to set up the system to have regular paychecks, which the company doesn't have - they only have stipends to board members. But if I was a normal company, the set-up process would have been very easy.

I had to reset my phone and so was unable to use the 2-factor authorisation app. OnPay refused to reset the security to allow me to pay the employees on time, even though I had all the information about the account and had the same phone number they could have used to call me. UPDATE: Onpay have apologised for the problem and re-instated my access (though too late for this pay run), so I have updated my rating to reflect the previous good service that I had received.

If you have Payroll to do - Use OnPay! If you have Payroll to do...I highly recommend OnPay as a payroll service. This company offers an easy to navigate website. I have used this service for over 3 years and will continue onward with them. Doing payroll for my employees is so easy! OnPay handles all of my Federal and State taxes for paychecks and direct deposits paychecks. It is truly "hands off" for busy me. Customer Service is fast to reply and ever ready to assist if there are any questions.

I'm giving four stars not because there is something I don't like about the platform, but because there is so much more potential and room for improvement. You guys have an excellent opportunity on your hands!

Very good payroll service but I just wish that they had an app for the employees.
