Extremely professional and knowledgeable. Representatives worked to answer all questions and concerns. I had some reservation about pursuing a reverse mortgage over the phone but that quickly was put to rest.

My loan officer was extremely friendly, knowledgeable, and competent. He thoroughly answered all my questions and I felt I was able to make the best decision based on the information he supplied me.

The most painless experience ever. Kim Slavik was the best. Kept me up to date and informed about progress almost twice a week. More than I could have hoped for. I was equally impressed with my constant communication with Dan and my closing agent Marne. All three offered the most amazing level of communication and professionalism.
