I ordered an ornament, their website is so poor I ordered the wrong one, despite several emails and messages asking to change my order for the correct one, I heard nothing. The wrong item arrived, still sending emails and have received no replies.

Second attempt to reach them out here. I ordered a Wanaka table and it arrived chipped and is not solid wood as mentionned on the website. I want my money back but I cannot reach anyone. The phone number does not cet through and they do not answer my email. feels like a real scam....

I ordered a 3 piece duvet set, I only received 1 piece out of 3 (the duvet cover without the 2 pillowcases that I paid for) I sent them multiple emails after telling me that I will receive the rest of my order which I never got, they dont even want to refund me. They say their duvet is silk but it’s 100% polyester (written on the duvet) its clearly a dropshipping site so avoid at all costs.

I ordered a wanaka table and it is not at all as stated on the website. They say it is solid wood and as mine arrived chipped, I could clearly see that is it not solid wood. I wrote to them and never got any answer. I want my money back.

Similar to the review by Karla, my emails to the company could not get through and there has been no updates on the pending deliveries of the remaining items ordered (only some of the items have been delivered). I paid for the products in full, but no idea if and when they will be delivered. I do not suggest buying from this company.

Did the company go out of business?? When I try to email customer service the email is rejected. I tried calling the customer service number the the phone number is disconnected. I made a purchase, they TOOK my money, and now I'm getting a "delivery incomplete" notification. There is NO data on if/the item was shipped, where it is now, nothing.

What has happened to this most beautiful smelling perfume? I bought a bottle recently and got a slight smell. I have had this perfume for 20+ years and recently found it had changed (not much scent). I would be interested to hear if anyone has experienced the same as I really miss it and have even tried the imitation scents.

Reasonable prices for most things they offer. The deliveries are quick to arrive, so far no issues either. Not much else to say... they are reliable. THANKS!
