Good people to deal with. They keep you up on shipping and design. I like that they show you your sign before they make it.

I received a clock that had been damaged in transit. They contacted me via text message and had me send pictures. They asked me to double check that it did not work. When it did not, they sent me a refund immediately.

The clock had damage on the face. I contacted Bross with photos. They offered a partial credit and for me to keep the clock. As I told them I wouldn't use the clock with the damage and I wanted a full refund. I was told that I would be responsible for the return shipping which was $31. I have never had a company require to return a damage product that I would need to pay for shipping. So be aware that for any reason for a return that you will be responsible for shipping. I have photos of the damage if interested

We browsed through so many nice items at great prices. It was hard to choose just one item but we decided on the 4 pc metal tree. It arrived before we expected & it is truly beautiful & completes our family room. It was so easy to order but so hard to limit myself to just one piece. I have a feeling we will go back for more based on the pleasant experience
