I asked to change my medication and they sent me whatever they wanted anyways without confirming if I wanted to go ahead with the order

The subscription model is awful. Not user friendly at all. If you’re on a subscription, there is no warning prior to getting charged for the next refill. You simply get an email saying that you’ve already been charged and then a follow up that the medication shipped. I received an email that my medication was being charged for at 9:30pm and then processed at 4:30am the next morning. The “care team” just offers to turn the subscription off and on over and over rather than offer any actual solutions. This has happened one too many times, so I’m finally leaving a review. I don’t recommended, unless you’re truly desperate.

This is a very convenient way to get items one typically would dread seeing a doctor for. Their CS is great over the phone but not so great via chat.

This is a SCAM!!!!. I paid for a prescription service, the team is not able to prescribe me rhe neduxation I need but they WILL NOT refund me for the payment

This company preys on the fact that you won’t read fine print. They kept charging me $79 a month after I stopped using their weight loss services and I had no idea I had to cancel even though I was not receiving the drugs, just so a doctor was ready for any of my needs. They talk about needing to taper off the meds once I canceled even though it had been a long time since I had received any, you think they would have reached out when I didn’t trip for more. I’ve used them for birth control for years and have had issues with them not sending me more in time while they say I am not due for a refill, which was not true. Will be looking to which to a different company for my birth control.
