Amazing customer service!
Amazing customer service!! I was missing birth control that said it had been delivered, and Nurx team was so kind and extremely helpful and sent me replacement refills right away!

This is a very convenient way to get items one typically would dread seeing a doctor for. Their CS is great over the phone but not so great via chat.
