This was our first time working with…
This was our first time working with Ninja Patches, and we’re not impressed with the quality. The first batch had the logo in the wrong color. When the second batch arrived, the stitching and logo colors were correct, but there were grease stains all over the top of the patches. On a positive note, Erin from your customer service team was very helpful and professional throughout the process.

This company is very responsive
This company is very responsive. I needed to make a change in the text on my patch, and emailed them. I received a response same day, and TWO confirmations that the patch change was able to be made. They maintained contact with me through the entire order.
