Product came with a full suite of how-to videos that were spot on to install, test and configure to get the tool ready for use. Solid documentation.

I actually haven't even started yet. I run a regular business and have been overwhelmed with info. I need to set time aside to get set up and go live. What I have been able to see and absorb has been impressive.

I was requesting information about the 30 day promise to replace one indicator for another. All my questions were answered, and they clarified the new indicator I wanted . I am just waiting for someone to contact with information to download the indicator I was asking about which was the Micro Power Trader.

Disappointed with Ninjacators. I purchased Robot Lab and product nearly wiped out a $30K account. Most days are down and backtesting results are boosted by 2020. Purchased zero to $50K program that was to have ambassadors and 400+ indicators. Now they dropped the ambassadors for a daily trading room that uses strategies that you have to purchase. Feels like bait and switch.
Response from Ninjacators LLC· Jul 31, 2024
Hi Dennis, We regret to hear about your review and acknowledge that you have been in communication with our team. Our goal is always to find a resolution that aligns with your trading style and objectives. For both programs, we consistently provide live sessions and support. While we’re sorry to hear about your losses, our weekly live sessions for Robot Lab continue to deliver updated resources and performance results that demonstrate the program's value. Regarding the Zero to $50K Product, you have access to over 400+ indicators and daily live sessions. Although we had to discontinue our Ambassador program based on customer feedback, we introduced an alternative that offers live sessions Monday through Friday. We are committed to using the feedback we receive to enhance our offerings continually. Thank you for your understanding.
