The computer monitor initially came on but had an illegible screen of five (5) of the same images. I tried every adjustment offered with no change. The monitor shut down after approximately ten minutes and will not even power back up. Unfortunately, it is useless. 09/22/25 As stated in my above 09/07/25 review, I received and installed a computer monitor that did not work. Newtown Spares was diligent in contacting me for several days. Unfortunately, I was predisposed and difficult to reach. As soon as I replied they confirmed the issue and immediately refunded all funds expended. I couldn't ask for a better response. 09/22/25 Initially received an installed a computer monitor with the above results.

My representative was quick to respond, informative and courteous. What more could you ask for from customer service?
