NEW TOWN SPARESReviews of newtownspares.com

Good price to start then a prompt update about an upcoming delay with a new predicted delivery date and then delivered as scheduled/promised. Good communication and good pricing.

Very Satisfied.

Product came in great condition and was exactly what I needed.

Quick ship and everything works!

Ryan Easton is awesome great help

Great communication and superb price for the quality. They messaged me just to confirm that I was aware that I was purchasing a refurbished unit. Which I was ok with, especially for the price! Turns out they shipped me a brand new unit still in the factory box with seals in place and all accessories included. So I paid super cheap refurb prices for a band new PDU. Shipping was fast and got here much quicker than expected.

I needed an order expedited and had to have the product by the following day- I worked with Thomas, he stayed on the phone with me while I placed my order to help ensure everything went smooth and I would have what I needed the following business day!

Ryan was great to work with from start to finish. He verified availability and followed all the way thru to delivery confirmation.
