Lovely signs
The signs that I did receive are lovely; however, I should have received 2 free signs that did not arrive. I was disappointed and so were the girls that I bought these gifts for. Update: I was very happy to hear from NeonsignLife about the freebie signs and about the minimum purchase price to recieve them. I didn't quite meet that amount so I would just suggest making that apparent at checkout... In any event, the personalized signs that I ordered were well made and packaged really well so they arrived in perfect condition. The girls love them for their new rooms!

Since they're from a different inventory warehouse, they'll be shipped separately and might take a bit longer than your custom order. I took a look at your order. Just so you know, our policy is to offer freebies when the total purchase amount is over $299. Your two items, each at around $12x, total up to $251. So, unfortunately, it didn't meet our minimum for the freebie offer, and that's why our team didn't include any with your order. But hey, we truly value your honest review.
